Brand Moss
Brand Moss has arrived... Her new identity was art directed by, a pivotal figure of British graphic design, Peter Saville also reputed for his work for music label The Factory; the logotype, spearheaded by Moss' modeling agency Storm, was designed in collaboration with typographer Paul Barnes--Barnes'typo design includes Bjork 'Pagan Poetry' single in 2003 and consultancy for the likes of Wallpaper, the Guardian, Harper's.
The Kate Moss Font ended up being a variation of the type Brodovitch Albro, used in issues of Harper's Bazaar from the 1930s, '40s, and '50s, which was created by Alexey Brodovitch, known for his art direction of the publication from 1938-58.
The model new identity is visible now in Topshop’s stores in the UK and on their website and will certainly expand in any endorsement Kate Moss may partake.
